Attorney Assistant was co-founded by Ethen Ostroff (CEO) and James DiBitetto (COO) in 2021. Based in Conshohocken, PA, we provide dedicated virtual assistants and operational support to over 200 law firms across the United States.

We don't just add headcount — we diagnose and fix the operational failures that cost law firms revenue. Our services include intake management, lead follow-up, after-hours coverage, administrative support, and marketing operations.
