Our Story

Attorney Assistant was co-founded by Ethen Ostroff (CEO) and James DiBitetto (COO), in partnership with legal digital marketing agency, SMBTeam, with the goal of creating a service that prioritizes clients’ needs, fair compensation, and opportunities for both law firms and virtual assistants. 

Ethen, an attorney himself, realized the need for a service that could simplify and delegate legal task work. When he teamed up with James, a data expert and process-driven individual with extensive outsourcing experience, they created Attorney Assistant.  Their goal was to develop a platform that could meet the needs of law firms and their staffs helpfully and efficiently. 

From a small group with a shared vision, the organization has expanded to serve over 90 law firms with over 380 employees globally from diverse backgrounds. And we’re just getting started.

All that to say, Attorney Assistant is a service designed to assist law firms in streamlining and expanding their operations. Our team of optimistic and results-driven remote workers is scattered globally and dedicated to creating a service our clients will use and love.
