About Attorney Assistant
Law firms don't have a lead problem — they have an operations problem. Missed calls, buried leads, 8pm voicemails, admin that never gets done: it all quietly costs them revenue. Attorney Assistant fixes it by embedding skilled operations professionals directly into how a firm works, not by staffing them from a distance. We're the team firms call when they're ready to stop losing business to broken processes.
The Role
We're hiring a driven Business Development Representative to fuel our sales pipeline. You'll proactively identify and engage new growth opportunities through targeted outbound engagement, turning cold outreach into qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is a high-volume, fast-paced seat built for someone who thrives on the phone, loves the chase, and wants to prove they can turn activity into pipeline.
If you're competitive, detail-oriented, and energized by hitting — and beating — your numbers every week, this is that seat.
Why Attorney Assistant
The mission is easy to sell. You're selling relief to firms buried in missed calls and admin chaos. If you like being the person who shows up with the fix, you'll like this room.
