Roles in Belize are either in person in our San Ignacio office OR remote if you're located in other areas.

Overview

Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, screening inquiries based on firm criteria, gathering key case or service details, scheduling consultations, and entering data accurately into the client's CRM or intake system. Accuracy, empathy, and professionalism are key to ensuring potential clients receive a positive first impression and no lead is missed.

What We're Looking For

We seek candidates who are reliable, professional, and proactive. The qualities that set our top performers apart are strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service. For this intake-focused role, sales experience is required and legal experience is a plus. A strong command of the English language is required.

Schedule & Compensation

$5 USD per hour. Schedule will vary based on your assigned client's needs and time zone.

Experience, Requirements, Tools

IMPORTANT:

If you are invited for an interview, you will be required to provide specifications for your computer through live screenshare to include operating system, memory, internet speed, and processor.

Operating system needs to be at least macOS 11 or Windows 10 latest version or equivalent, no Pentium computers are allowed — should be at least i3 version or above, RAM must be at least 8 GB, and internet download speed minimum must be 50 Mbps and upload speed must be 20 Mbps.

Here's what our team looks for in a GREAT video:

  • Brief discussion of your RELEVANT work experience and what you bring to the role.
  • Length of video is 1–2 minutes.
  • Great lighting and a clear picture.
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment.
  • Minimal background noise. Use a noise cancellation tool such as Krisp to assist.
  • DRESSED TO IMPRESS in professional attire.

Our team will request you to redo your video if:

  • The information you discuss is irrelevant or too personal.
  • The video is over 2 minutes long.
  • The background isn't professional, solid, blurred, or the AA background provided.
  • The picture and sound are not clear.
  • There are people or distractions in the background.
  • Your attire isn't professional (ex: tank top, old t-shirt, etc).

Please review your video before submission. You must add your recorded video link in the space below to be considered by our recruitment team. If your video doesn't meet our standards, you will be asked to redo it which could prolong your time awaiting placement.
